Conversion of a Pub to a House of Multiple Occupancy
Upper Langley Properties purchased and gained planning permission to convert a Grade II listed public house to a House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) in Cheltenham. Working with architects and local contractors to design a building meeting the sensitive planning restrictions, an eight-bedroomed property was developed with quality finishes. It is now rented to young professionals.
Construction of Town-Houses
Upper Langley Properties purchased land in 2016 with planning permission for four townhouses in Cheltenham. Following a full investment appraisal, the scheme was revised to create three, three-storey townhouses and a ground floor flat. Works began on site in January 2017 and the development is now well underway. They plan to market the properties for rental in early 2018.
